The best companies of the next decade are being built by founders who do not sit inside legacy capital circles. The Firm goes to them directly, and every submission receives a written answer.

Larius Partners is a private investment office backed by high-profile, long-established families. The Firm makes direct investments across venture capital, growth equity, buyouts and pre-public equity, with commitments of US$50 million to US$1 billion per company, without restriction as to sector, geography or structure.

Early-stage and Series A–C investments in companies developing artificial-intelligence infrastructure and frontier technology.
Primary capital for established companies with a demonstrated model and the capacity to multiply revenue over a five- to ten-year horizon.
Management buyouts and management takeovers; majority and minority buyouts; recapitalisations.
Late-stage private rounds, pre-IPO financing and structured capital for companies preparing to list or recently listed.
Direct transactions led by the Firm, offered to the families and investor groups on the Larius Family Office Platform for co-investment on identical terms.
Access, for Platform participants, to private equity opportunities sourced through the Firm's family and industrial relationships that are not available on the open market.
The next generation
Capital has tended to reach the same people through the same channels. Larius Partners was established by families who built their own businesses to back the founders and entrepreneurs who will build the next ones: with permanent capital, founder-friendly terms and a written answer to every approach.

The best companies of the next decade are being built by founders who do not sit inside legacy capital circles. The Firm goes to them directly, and every submission receives a written answer.

Founder-friendly terms, transparency in how decisions are made, and permanent capital with no fund clock to run against the company's own timeline.

A technology-forward office with particular conviction in artificial-intelligence infrastructure and frontier technology, and in the established businesses those technologies will transform.
Capital
The Firm’s capital is permanent. It is not subject to a fund life, a deployment schedule or a requirement to realise investments within a fixed period. Investment decisions are made on the basis of long-term strategic value rather than short-term performance, while retaining the ability to act decisively where circumstances require it.
Larius Partners is deliberately broad in its mandate. The Firm considers opportunities across stages, sectors and regions, and has flexibility in both transaction structure and capital structure. It is prepared to support situations that more conservative capital would consider high-risk where the management team, the business and the terms justify it.
Permanent capital: no fund term, no deployment target, no obligation to sell. The Firm underwrites a business over a ten-year horizon and holds through cycles.
A written investment thesis before commitment; a clear decision, with reasons, where the Firm declines. Counterparties receive the Firm's reasoning, not a form letter.
A committed management team with a demonstrated record of execution is the one fixed requirement. The Firm invests in operators who intend to remain.
Next-generation capital for the next generation of founders, entrepreneurs and operators, including those outside legacy capital networks, evaluated on the same basis as any other opportunity.
The affairs of the families, the Platform and the companies the Firm invests in are conducted with the confidentiality their own affairs demand.

Family Office Platform
Larius Partners is backed by several high-profile, long-established families. The Firm also operates the Larius Family Office Platform, an investment and co-investment platform through which these and other families invest alongside the Firm in the transactions it leads. Platform participants access deal flow, underwriting materials and syndicated opportunities through the Investment Portal.
Submit an Opportunity
The Firm accepts direct submissions from the next generation of founders and entrepreneurs, from management teams and their advisers, and from family offices. Every submission is reviewed by the investment team and receives a written response within ten working days.
