Controller
Larius Partners (“the Firm”) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Requests concerning personal data may be made in writing to the Firm at its registered address, Via Lugano 13, Post Office Box 317, 6982 Agno, Switzerland, or through the Submit an Opportunity page.
Data collected
Information you provide through the Submit an Opportunity form (name, title, role, relationship, contact details, company and transaction information, links to materials) and technical data (IP address, browser) recorded with each submission.
Purpose and legal basis
To evaluate investment opportunities and enquiries submitted to the Firm and to respond to you. Processing is based on your consent, given when submitting the form, and on the Firm’s legitimate interest in evaluating opportunities.
Sharing
Submissions are held in confidence. With your consent they may be shared with participants on the Larius Family Office Platform for the purpose of evaluating co-investment, and with the Firm’s professional advisers under obligations of confidentiality. Data is stored using Google Workspace services.
Retention
Submissions are retained for 24 months from receipt unless an investment discussion is ongoing, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the Firm as above.
