The Larius Family Office Platform is the Firm’s investment and co-investment platform for the families behind Larius Partners and for a broader base of family offices and private investment groups with which the Firm maintains relationships across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Purpose
The Platform exists so that families can invest directly, in transactions the Firm has sourced, underwritten and leads, rather than through intermediated fund structures. It provides the Firm with additional sources of capital and with the industrial expertise, relationships and patience of families who have owned businesses across generations.

Participation in transactions led by the Firm, deal by deal, on identical terms.
Direct transactions
Origination and execution of direct investments on behalf of Platform participants.
Exclusive private equity opportunities
Access to private equity opportunities sourced through the Firm's relationships and not available on the open market.
Capital introduction
Introduction of capital to businesses owned by Platform families, where appropriate.
Syndication
Structuring and administration of syndicated positions among Platform participants.
Investment Portal
Platform participants access the Firm’s deal flow through the Investment Portal, used to review opportunities, access underwriting materials and data rooms, indicate interest, commit to syndicated positions and receive reporting on positions held. Access is restricted to families and private investment groups admitted to the Platform. Credentials are issued directly by the Firm on admission.
Admission
Admission to the Platform is by invitation and following the Firm’s onboarding and eligibility review. Family offices and investment groups wishing to discuss participation may make themselves known through the Submit an Opportunity page, selecting “Family office or investor” as the relationship.
